Terms of Exchange and Return

Domestic shipments of item purchased via online shop
1. Return and exchange may be done within 30 days from the receipt date and shall be subject to AIIZ’s discretion. For return and exchange, please always attach the receipt and the return with the return code indicated. AIIZ reserves right to not return/exchange and refund if there is no return code in any case the document is incomplete.
2. The item to be returned shall be in good condition with a package in good condition and all tag. The item which has been used or washed cannot be exchanged/returned.
3. It is possible to change sizes, colors, and models of the goods. If the required size, color or model is not available, the item may be exchanged with other items with the same or high price provided that the additional price shall be paid. AIIZ reserves its rights in refunding the price difference.
4. Exchange can be done at all branches of AIIZ shop except the department store counters.
5. To prevent loss or delay in delivery, return must be done by registered shipping or EMS only. We are not responsible for any loss arising out of delivery.
6. The returned goods must be in accordance with the condition of the refund policy. AIIZ does not refund shipping fees for delivery from AIIZ to you.
7. If AIIZ inspects the returned item and finds it not in accordance with the policy, AIIZ staffs will notify you immediately and you must bear all of the shipping fees.
8. We reserve the right to approve and change these terms in any case.

Non-returnable/non-exchangeable goods
1. Underwear, swimwear and item with special packaging, such as underpants and socks, cannot be exchanged/returned due to health and hygiene regulations.
2. Goods indicated as “Final sale” cannot be returned.
3. Goods with complimentary gifts or goods purchased with discount coupons cannot be returned, but may be exchanged at all branches of AIIZ shop except the department store counters.
4. Products sold in pack or set cannot be partly returned. All products must be returned for the entire quantity of their pack or set.

Return procedure
1. Go to click here and fill out all necessary information accurately and completely.
2. Fill out a quantity of items to be returned in the return form which arrives with your item. Enclose the return form as well as the receipt with the item to be returned.
3. In case of lost receipt or return form, please contact AIIZ Call Center.
4. Ship the parcel by registered mail or EMS with receipt and return form that already filled in return code to AIIZ head office at the address below. After AIIZ receive the returned item, our customer service department will inform you of the status via an email to the address provided at the time of purchase.

International shipments of item purchased via online shop
No exchange in any case.

1. Please submit a return application and provide reasons of returning with photos at return@aiiz.com to obtain the confirmation of the return.
2. After receipt of the confirmation of the return, please ship the parcel by registered mail with the receipt and the return form with all information indicated to AIIZ head office at the address below. After AIIZ receive the returned item, our customer service department will inform you of the status via an email to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy
AIIZ will be pleased to refund the price in following conditions.
1. Damaged items due to AIIZ’s fault.
2. Items not in accordance with the order.
3. Item damaged during delivery.
4. Item must have been purchased from AIIZ on-line shop.

Refund channel
AIIZ will refund through the same way as your payment.

1. Credit/Debit card
Refund through credit/debit card shall be made within 7-14 business days from your receipt of the refund confirmation by email. The amount will be displayed in the next billing cycle depending on a monthly payment cycle a refund policy of relevant banks/companies.

2. Cash on delivery
Refund shall be made through your designated account in the return form within 7-14 business days from your receipt of the refund confirmation by email.

Or other ways according to AIIZ conditions.


Note:
1. Unless you receive the refund after 2 billing cycles, please contact issuing banks/companies for help.
2. Bank fees might be changed in accordance with the banks’ policy. AIIZ reserves the right to alter this terms without prior notice.
