 Ordering process

Order process for membership:

1. Sign into AIIZ account with your registered E-mail address, Facebook account, or Google account.
2. Choose your items and click on “Add to Cart” to add the items to your shopping cart.
3. After you are done looking around, click on “Check out” to proceed to next step, or click on a shopping cart icon at the top right corner to check out.
4. If you have promotion codes, enter them into the “Promo Code” box.
5. Click on “Check Out” to proceed to “Shipping”.

Please enter your full name E-mail address for tax invoice request and your contact number.

Note: ** If you are AIIZ online membership, you can log into the system.

6. Click on “Proceed” to move on to “Payment”
7. Choose the most convenient payment method for you, then select “Place Order”.
8. After confirmation, you will receive order number.
9. Upon completing your order for 10-15 minutes, you will receive an email confirmation with full order details and order number enclosed.

Order process for non-membership:

1. Choose your items and click on “Add to Cart” to add the items to your shopping cart.
2. After you are done looking around, click on “Check out” to proceed to next step, or click on a shopping cart icon at the top right corner to check out.
3. If you have promotion codes, enter them into the “Promo Code” box.
4. Click on “Check Out” to proceed to “Shipping”.

5. Click on “Proceed” to move on to “Payment”
6. Choose the most convenient payment method for you, then select “Place Order”.

Order Status: As soon as your order has been successfully placed and confirmed, order number will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 10-15 minutes in order to confirm order status.

Adding/changing my shopping cart

You can add items to your shopping cart by choosing color, size and quantity, and then add to your shopping cart.

In order to add or change items in your shopping cart, you can select an icon “Shopping cart”  on the top, then you are able to add or change quantity of items in your shopping cart or to delete all items. When you finish adding or changing your shopping cart, select “Check out”.

Searching for items

If you need help finding a product, please use the Search Products option at the top of the page to find products. Just enter a keyword or product code in the search box, then press “Enter”, the results you search for will appear on the screen with a link that connects to each item or product belonging to the same group.

Having problems in searching items

When you have any problems in searching AIIZ products that you want, you can contact AIIZ customer service (details below).

If we cannot find the exact product that you want, we will try our best to offer the most similar product that we have.

Product size

In the product description on the right, you will find a link that will direct you to size comparison chart. The link is next to “product size” button. Click the link to direct to see all the size comparison chart of the product.

In case of changing the shipping address

If you notice that there is an error in your shipping address, immediately contact our customer service team.

In case of canceling items or orders

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you are not able to cancel an item or entire order. Please note that even though your order is not in process of shipping, the order is unable to be cancelled or changed.

When your order successfully delivered, items can be returned if it complies with returning policy of AIIZ. If you are willing to cancel an item or entire order, please kindly contact our customer service team AIIZ Online Call Center

In case of noticing an error in pricing and payment process.

If we detect an error in pricing of ordered item, payment process, or other problems, AIIZ will reach you out as soon as possible. As soon as we already fix the problem, it is upon choice to decide whether to confirm the order or not. Please noted that if we cannot contact you within 7 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

When the order has been cancelled, for orders already paid, a refund will be approved if it complies with AIIZ terms and conditions of refunding. Please note that we are under no obligation to fulfill your orders, if there is an error in pricing shown on this website or any other errors. (Even after your order has been confirmed)
