1.Change can be made according to the company's conditions within 15 days from the date shown on the receipt.
2.Conditions for unpacking, we suggest you record while unpacking the parcel including picking out item(s) and checking item(s) out
for infallibly inspecting and considering. You must submit strong video evidence that clearly supports the reason for the defective product(s). In case of incomplete information, you may not be able to change the product.
Examples include
Photos and/or videos showing product errors or defects (for damaged/faulty products)
Photos of parcel’s internal and external packaging
3.The product that can be changed under the following conditions
3.1 An original receipt is required.
3.2 Products must be in good condition.
- Products must not be used or washed.
- The price tag must be attached to the product.
- For the products with sealed packaging, the package must not be opened or damaged.
- Products must not have any stains, scratches, or damages.
3.3 Products for masks, clothes, underwear, socks, and products in packaging that has opened the package cannot change or return in all cases for hygiene.
3.4 Products specified "Clearance sale" or "Special Promotion Products" cannot be exchanged.
4.If we find that the product you sent has a defect that is not a manufacturing fault, the product cannot be changed.
5.Products can be changed once per order within 15 days from the date specified on the receipt with exchange fee THB50. You can pay the difference by bank transfer. However, if price is lower than the paid amount, AIIZ reserves the right not to return the difference.
6.To prevent loss or delay in delivery, return must be done by registered shipping or EMS only. We are not responsible for any loss arising out of delivery.
7.Shipping cost for returning products the sender will be responsible.
8.If AIIZ inspects the returned item and finds it not in accordance with the policy, AIIZ staffs will notify you immediately and you must bear all the shipping fees.
9.Change can be done 1 time per 1 receipt.
10.If AIIZ inspects the goods sent by post and finds that it does not meet the specified policies, AIIZ staff will contact you to immediately report the results of the product inspection. The customer must be responsible for all return shipping costs (THB50).
11.We reserve the right to approve and change these terms in any case.
Change procedure
*For online purchase https://www.aiiz.com/, change can be done by sending the product back to our warehouse or contacting at all AIIZ branches.
Please follow these steps
1.Contact AIIZ admins here
2.Inform your order number, product detail, product picture, and the changing reason
3.Waiting for coordination from AIIZ admins.
4.After receiving the change confirmation, Return parcels by registered mail or EMS with original receipt to the address below. (Please keep the tracking number on the parcels issued as evidence)

5.AIIZ admins will notify you via email when the parcel has been arrived.
6.After we check, and the products are in new and original condition with the original price tag attached. The review might take approximately 1 week.
7.The exchange confirmation email and the product will be sent back to you at the same time.
8.AIIZ admins will contact you again in order to confirm and inform you the tracking number.
